Starting the Game

        Pause Menu
        The tutorial plays at the center of the menu.

        To quit the game, select the quit button on the upper left corner.
        Basics
        Reach the other side of the level before time runs out.
        If you fail to reach the other side in time, it’s game over.
        You start off with 30 seconds but can extend your time by collecting the
        Collect all the Omnitrix tokens in the level.
        Use your alien form’s special powers to navigate the level
        You have five aliens to choose from:
        Cannonbolt: Rolls down
        Overflow: Blasts water
        Heatblast: Unleashes bolts of fire
        Stinkfly: Fly above enemies and obstacles
        XLR8: Run fast
        These powers are key to clearing away enemies before they harm you.
        Some powers are essential to clearing level hazards.
        Once you reach the other side, you’ve finished the level.
        Collecting
        Collect time tokens to buy you more time to clear the level
        Collect the Omnitrix tokens to clear the level.
        Somewhere in the level is a Sumo Slammer card. Collect the card for a bonus.
        Find and collect keys to unlock crates.
        Navigating
        Jump across levels and platforms to reach the end of the level.
        Use teleportation devices to quickly navigate across the level.
        Avoid or disable hazards like fire geysers.
        Dying
        You only have one hit point.
        If you fall down a pit, you die.
        If you get attacked by an enemy or hit by a hazard, you die.
        Scoring
        Your performance in the level is dependent on the following:
        How many Omnitrix tokens you’ve collected
        If you’ve collected the level’s Sumo Slammer card.
        How many time tokens you’ve collected
        How many enemies you’ve defeated
        Higher scores lead to better star ratings.
        Collecting everything in a level gives you a 3-star rating for the level.
